Growing up in San Francisco and the Bay Area, I was simultaneously attracted to both the elegant Victorian homes AND Frank Lloyd Wright modern architecture. Immediately after graduating from college, I purchased my first home in the hills above the University of California Berkeley. While working as an executive in the health care industry, I began renovating and revitalizing homes in the East Bay, Palo Alto, Belvedere and Sonoma County. With the “help” of our two young children, our 1888 Queen Anne Victorian won Petaluma’s “Heritage Homes Award of Distinction.” Architecture and aesthetic appreciation continues to play a vital role in the life of our friends, family and clients.
I am deeply connected to the community and committed to successful collaborations. With 16 years as an experienced broker and over $64 Million in Sales, I am a resource that can guide first-time owners, advocate for investors, coordinate the process for sellers, and be a pragmatic and creative problem solver. Attention to detail, trustworthy business practices, responsive communications, strong financial background and experience in multi-generational and multi-cultural transactions enables me to provide extraordinary real estate services.
To the people that work with me, I pledge my loyalty, integrity, respect, positive attitude and enthusiasm.
