For 22 years, I have been providing extraordinary residential real estate services by offering: creative problem solving, devoted attention, responsive communication, and trustworthy business practices. I LOVE collaborating. To all the people that work with me, I pledge my loyalty, integrity, respect, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.

Born in San Francisco, I was always attracted to the elegant Victorian homes. Immediately after graduating from college, I purchased my first property in the hills above the University of California and began a trajectory of renovating, revitalizing and selling beautiful homes in Berkeley, Palo Alto, Belvedere and Sonoma County. Our 1888 Victorian in Petaluma won the “Heritage Homes Award of Distinction." We then moved into the 21st Century and created a modern home that includes art studios, outdoor theater, income opportunities and energy efficient features.  Architecture, aesthetic appreciation and creativity have always played a vital role in our life.

I have always been deeply involved in community service and local organizations. My relationships with people are extremely important. I have worked with people of all ages and their families. I am patient educator, a determined advocate for first-time buyers, a coordinator and negotiator for sellers, an advisor for investors and a life-time resource for anyone who wants to realize their dreams.
